Monday, February 19, 2018 - Tasted blind. Apricot, beeswax, viscous. Slightly darker in color. Hints of oxidation. Guessed Rhone blend of Marsanne/Rousanne. Wrong. High acidity should have given it away here. High toned lemon flavors. A deft hand as the touch of oxidation makes this a unique wine but doesnt lose its freshness. Fun to try.
