Saturday, June 17, 2023 - On the nose, initially, strong matchstick/gunflint, which quickly opened up revealing oak/butter, light citrus, and some cherries. Over time, more of the fruit and white blossom floral notes came out, but the gunflint smell remains prevalent in the background.

Palate-wise, medium minus body, medium plus acidity, lemon, butter, that transitions into a nice grapefruit and mineral based mid-palate that further evolved into a spiced, long, and pleasant finish. The fruit opened up a lot towards the 2nd hour.
