Saturday, March 20, 2010 - this is great wine. it has continued to evolve since last tasting. it is more open and accessible without having to wait for aeration. yet, it does not deteriorate in the glass. i particularly enjoy a wine made in this style that offers vinosity (evidence of fermented grapes), in addition to primary fruit and wood. a ringer for bordeaux. equal to other california cabs at twice the price.
