Friday, January 16, 2015 - Friday late night drink with Davyd. Screw-cap bottle. Pop and poured.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of dried flowers, earth, red cherry, and hints of smoky oak. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium- tannins, medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of earth, red cherry, strawberry, cranberry. Medium- finish.
Good quality. Overall taste is easy on the mouth and refreshing, but lean style and towards being dilute. Not for further ageing. Drink up.
