Saturday, February 2, 2013 - Medium golden color. Not much on nose or palate on the pop, but 30-60 min. of air coaxed out some aromas of citrus rind, mineral, white flowers, and nut oil. Full-bodied and round on the palate, with flavors of lemon and saline. Short finish and needs acidity. Not offensive but not exciting either. Make sure to aerate. Pair with roasted chicken or lighter fare.
