Saturday, January 25, 2014 - Pale gold. At first caramel, apples and hazelnuts, somehow in a fresh way. Later more old oak and something undefinably savoury; just a touch of manzanilla sherry. Complex but light; high acidity, not terribly long. Unique and fine.
