Sunday, September 24, 2023 - Brilliant. Nose is 99, constantly evolving over the course of dinner. Heavily red fruited, strawberry, herbs, spices like clove, so beautiful. Palate med+ body but deep and amazing intensity, interesting core of mineral, iron, cherry, spices like cinnamon, perfect balance. Good acid, excellent with cassoulet. Loved this. Wide open and very showy. Worth it? No question.
