Friday, February 5, 2016 - PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs and day 3
-almost semi-translucent med red
-somewhat restrained dark red fruits and earth with a little funk and spice, creamy component on day 3
-med acidity, med weight and concentration, some cherry fruit stony minerality, med- tannins with a hint of oak appearing on day 3
-nothing flashy but spot on and solidly made with soul, on the serious side but not burly, really pleasant and satisfying, drinking well now with perhaps a bit of upside still
