Monday, November 2, 2015 - Milky in color with a lot of sediment. Thank you Pacalet for his generosity. Plums, wild berries, plums, tea, menthol and soil on the nose. The palate still had acidity with pretty mature plums and dark fruit. The structure of this mature burg was impeccable. This needs to be consumed now.
