Friday, January 27, 2017 - LaTâche Lunch with a Ramonet Starter (Binkley's - Phoenix AZ): Served single blind alongside LaTâche from the '98 and '95 vintages. Spice galore, with lots of meaty, dense fruit. Still very fresh. Very tasty now, with plenty of life going forward. My favorite of the flight for both now and the cellar. Correctly identified all three wines in the flight.
