Wednesday, December 4, 2019 - At OXY Dumplings in Chinatown. Right out the gate, palate is pretty out of sight. Hazelnut and cream soda, well-balanced without a trace out of place. Continues to evolve all over the place over the course of the meal. Gets much more saline and draws out some fishiness towards the end of the bottle Excellent. Even these Reserva’s have loads of legs to them.
