Saturday, September 10, 2022 - 200 Burgundy Grand Crus from vintage 2000, 4-day blind tasting (Singapore): Supernose. Great ripe wine here, farmyard, sweet spices, apple pie cinnamon, lovely, a bit too light light unfortunately on the palate.
