Sunday, October 30, 2022 - Sometime you open a wine at just the right time...I'm usually a bit skeptical of aging gamay as it just doesn't seem to get better or more interesting...but as always with wine, being proven wrong is half the fun. Nose on this is intoxicating, tons of spices, red fruits on the palate with some earth, rounded finish with lots of acid, nice slightly slippery texture. Great stuff. Pop n pour out of glasvin prestige.
