Friday, September 25, 2020 - Theme: Grand Cru: Very bright ruby. Pretty lifted on the nose and dominated with red fruits and light herbs, savouriness and wild earth. Very savoury on the palate accompanied by fresh mineral and nice acidity, Brown sugar kind of sweetness. Showing some greeny on the palate but not excessively so. Good length, showing pretty well. However the oak is still pretty much present after the mid palate and resulted a grainy mouthfeel.
