Friday, February 15, 2019 - Our last bottle of this was right in the zone for my palate. It is rich and smooth, with just a whisper of tertiary nuances starting to emerge. I recommend allowing the bottle to sit upright for a day or so before decanting, as it does throw a good amount of sediment.
