Tuesday, May 18, 2021 - Had it side by side with 2005 Pacalet NSG village and the Pacalet showed way nicer. Chaignots in contrast had a depth of fruit but not as many secondary flavors and a bit too much sweetness (and a bit of alcoholic burn on the throat).
Still a good wine that likely just needs to be held a bit longer. Will hold my last bottle until 2023+.
