COLOR: Brilliant lemon
NOTE: First had this about 2 months ago using Coravin, drew down the bottle to about 50% full. The last half that we had today was just as lovely as the first half. The nice thing about using CV on Aubert Chards is that you draw out crystal-clear wine because the sediment doesn't get disturbed (if you're careful).
Nose initially grabs with burnt marshmallow, then sweet lemon curd and limestone with just a tinge of heat. Mouth is rich and more driven by sweet lemon curd, ripe pineapple and a hint of mango. Finish takes on vanilla & graham cracker, but that lemony fruit still persists. Very nice.
