Saturday, August 10, 2019 - Popped and poured. The cork gave the wine steward some trouble, by he was able to salvage it. Still very lively and full of fruit. That said, all tanins had resolved themselves and the wine was drinking wonderfully. Fruity and slightly sweet, but in a good way.
