Wednesday, January 24, 2018 - One Bottle Dinner at S.K.Y. (Chicago, IL): Beautiful full nose of old burg with mushroom and hints of Vosne spice. Yum, silky palate with terrific spice layered into aged red fruit and mushroom. The spice keeps getting more intense. Elegant and round finish. Impressive.
