Sunday, February 24, 2019 - Popped and poured. "Grown up" quite a bit since I last had this 2-yrs ago. This still had a little bit of the candied cherry/spice nose, albeit it wasn't showing as exuberant as it did 2-yrs back. Still very red-fruit driven, but again, a tad more structured & "well-toned" than I recalled it to be. Finished long & fresh! I wonder how long it'll be, before secondary/tertiary notes start to show? Anyway, this should get more interesting and complex with more bottle age!
