Wednesday, March 25, 2020 - This is very good and this bottle showed quite young. The color is dark garnet with a ripe and expressive nose of plum, black raspberry, ripe cherry, lots of herbs and spice, damp earth, leather, and floral notes. The palate is big for a 2008 with ripe fruits and spice dominating followed by some silky tannins. The finish is long, but this is still quite primary. I'll wait 4-5 years to try another bottle.
