12/7/2018 11:46:00 AM - Do you think another 5+ years will help it? I have one bottle left and last time I opened one (about 3 years ago) I thought it still needed some cellar time to round out the tannins that were still kicking.
12/8/2018 8:59:00 AM - I’d drink it now. I think the tannins have softened.
