Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - Decanted for only 15 minutes. Dark purple. Cherries & leather on the nose. Dark Cherries throughout, some plums, maybe even some caramel & chocolate with a satin smooth, creamy, long, crazy powerful finish. This is/was the most delicious wine I can recall. My new benchmark for the perfect wine. I am (only?) assigning a 94 on the outside chance (or maybe hopeless wish) that someday I come across others I enjoy even more. If only I could find something similar in the <$50 range.
