Sunday, June 17, 2007 - Color is lighter than the DuMol preceding it. There is apple mixed in with honey and saw dust on the nose. The wood is a little raw, but this is long, balanced and fine on the palate. The most “Burgundian” of the wines tonight and I liked it a lot. (93)
