Tuesday, September 27, 2016 - Brambly, floral and a bit of pencil eraser on the nose. Immediate tangy burst of flavor with floral, spice (sage and thyme) & a bit of milk chocolate all evolving and not getting in each others way. Very little heat on a long smooth finish. Decanted about 30 min and did not notice marked improvement over the next 90 min or so.
