Sunday, March 30, 2014 - Tasted blind. Medium ruby in colour with a purple hue. Medium+ intensity nose of cassis, black berry, black currant, black cherry, red cherry, vanilla, nutmeg, cedar, chocolate, mint, smoked meat, savoury, leather and earthiness. Medium+ acidity, medium tannins and medium+ body. Black cherry, red cherry, rhubarb, cranberry, chocolate, savoury and vanilla on the palate with a medium-long finish. Very good wine.
