Thursday, September 18, 2014 - I agree with one of the reviews that this is not a great representation of a Syrah, but nonetheless it is a very good wine. Medium to full bodied. Tannins and acidity are well integrated making it very well balanced. Nice oak on the nose but not very noticeable in the taste. Black and red berries dominate but are soft and smooth.
