Tuesday, April 26, 2016 - Opened with grilled rack of lamb. Pure Syrah fruit, still youngish, but with no obtrusive tannin and a firm acidic spine. Nicely balanced with no alcohol showing and little evidence of oak. By the end of the evening it had taken on more savory notes with flavors of olive and a saline finish.
