Wednesday, June 25, 2014 - Needs some more time. Dried fruit - cherries, currants and strawberries. Subtle earthy flavors - leaves, tobacco. Good flavor but alcohol is a bit forward now. I would hold for another 1-3 years to soften and bring out the earthy flavors. I would serve with cheese. Dairy will soften the alcohol.
