Friday, August 27, 2021 - Slightly sour/green/unripe blueberry with table grapes and clove. Dusty blackberry palate with black fruits, schist/minerals, black licorice, and red cherries. Smooth, polished finish with round stones, herbs, plum, pomegranate, and cinnamon. Wild combination with a lot of freshness and fruit for its age.
