This is young, but we had time, and let this air for a while. It did open and by the end of the bottle, was showing very well. I think there is still room to improve by a point or two. Ruby/purple in color. The nose is cherries, raspberries, dark cherries and sandalwood. Great texture. Silky yet powerful. Deep and tightly complex. Long finish. The last glass is the best. Wait ten years. If you go to this restaurant, ask for a tour of the cellars. Across and under the street. Very cool!
