Monday, July 27, 2020 - Decanted one hour. Masculine, savory Stag's Leap Cab with umami-infused acid, vigorous tannins, dark fruit, long finish with a touch of bitterness. Would pair well with Asian food but was nice with burgers. Overpowering as a cocktail wine at this stage.
