Wednesday, June 17, 2015 - The 2nd opportunity for me to drink Paul Hobbs Pinot Noir, Hyde vineyard... what a pleasant surprise, and a better report. Very nice fruit and fresh barnyard aromas, very nice, silky/semi-sweet tannins, spicy, and a longish 45 second salivating finish under the tongue. Perfect with salmon tonight.
