Tuesday, October 29, 2013 - I liked this. Color was blood-orange, and the flavors were strawberryish with lots of chalky overtones. Savory finish. As ever with Eric Kent, the wines get better with a bit of time. I am still enjoying the 2011 roses (totally different experience after a year of bottle time), and wanted to open this to compare. Think this will be really hitting its stride next spring, but I enjoyed it more than the 2011 at this stage of its development so am looking forward to seeing where it is in April 2014
