Monday, December 16, 2013 - Really nice juice. Popped and poured. Dense red color. Nose didn't start with much fruit, more mineral and wood. But the fruit hits on the palette. Bright red fruits. Longer than expected finish. Great example of Napa cab at this price point. Would buy again. Tannins still present and a bit of heat on the back end, so a little more cellar time couldn't hurt. And will let breathe at least 30 minutes next time.
