Saturday, February 22, 2014 - A first taste of Swiss wines (Bern, Switzerland): Smoky and peaty with hints of soy. Wow, vibrant and energetic, this really pops on the palate. Quite sappy, although with time it feels a bit heavy. Somewhat shorter on the finish than the others with citrus notes and a chalky aspect. My #3 wine of the flight.
