Saturday, June 18, 2016 - My favourite bündner wine. Rather dark in color for a pinot. Smell and palate are very much in sync. Borad flavours with noticeable but not overpowering meaty pinot flavours, floral and slight roasted vanilla. Reminds me somewhat of the Plozza Uno in its harmonious and smooth way while still having body and structure. For me the best balance in such a wine.
