Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Nose: On the initial attack, a funky butter barnyard. This was soon followed by citrus, cream, lemongrass, vanilla, limestone, chalk and overall mineral notes. On the secondary aromas, there were hints of banana, nectarine peel and toast.

Palette: Lemon cream(great texture), spice, custard and mineral/limestone. Lingered a good deal on the finish.

Overall: Really like this wine. Good combination of primary mineral and secondary fruit, with good creaminess and silky texture.
