Saturday, April 7, 2018 - 2011 was a relatively cool vintage - but you wouldn't know it! Big ripe fruity, raspberry jammy, but with good acidity. 14.5% ABC this is a big rich wine - most un-Pinot like - but with all the perfume and aromatics that go with Pinot - wonderful it you want a full-on almost overripe Pinot. One of those wines where you drink a glass and think it is amazing - drink a whole bottle and it's too much.
