Tuesday, February 19, 2013 - Off the wine list at Geist in Copenhagen. Ruby color. Light bodied. Strawberry nose, with just a hint of earth. Hovering between sweet strawberry and savory palate, with decent acidity. Not terribly long Reasonable pairing with mushroom soup and braised lamb with morels.
