Wednesday, March 9, 2016 - Dark aromatics of black cherries, elderberries, probably a touch of stems, sweet herbs, and some sweet spices like licorice. It's full-bodied, dense but very elegant and fresh with medium-high acidity and medium-high tannin. Excellent length. A powerful Chambertin-Clos de Bèze from this great producer and it's packing quite some punch for the vintage. (95+)
