Thursday, February 13, 2014 - Unscrewed and poured, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, big green apple up front, with lemon, butter, and mineral undertones. Palate: Light to medium bodied, buttery citrus attack, zesty acidic kick thru the mid-palate, though the flavor thins noticeably, leaving little fruit and a lot of minerality dominating the back end and a rather short finish. Decent quaff for $14.
