Wednesday, August 24, 2016 - Purplish garnet color with medium legs. Interesting nose of smoke, bacon and blueberries. Flavors are similar to aromas and are well integrated. A little jammy but otherwise well balanced. Low tannins with some acidity. Improves over time so decant.
