Monday, February 2, 2015 - Weekly tasting group #154; 5 x 2 Red wines (@ The factory by JdB): Bouquet with dark fruits, herbs and spices, minerals, meat and laurel. On the palate dark and red berry fruits, pepper, spiciness, bacon, juicy and good acidity and soft tannin with a pleasant bite. Certainly for the vintage a well made and concentrated wine. Although already approachable it will probably improve with a few years of cellaring.
