Monday, March 11, 2019 - Brought to Paulee and for many this was the WOTN. Perfectly aged and well balanced wine at this stage. Bright red fruit, clean and crisp palate with great spices and texture. Very Jayer like in its high toned red fruits. Awesome bottle.

12/25/2019 5:33:00 PM - So, ‘89 was the first vintage of Rouget bottling Cros P under his own label, but what is the consensus as to who was doing the winemaking on this? Is this the hand of Jayer?

Obviously stylistically they are similar but you can tell when Henri was in full control - eg try the 97 Rouget Cros P. Its off the charts - wine of the vintage.
