Monday, October 17, 2011 - From .375 as a $25 experiment from spectrum. Fill was mid-shoulder, capsule was perfect, showing no signs of seepage. The wine was slightly oxidized, but came together with time in the glass. Obvious bricking, with red fruits showing. Absolutely no tannins, and the slight raisin of the oxidation showing. Still a pleasure to drink, and a fun experiment!
