Sunday, February 24, 2019 - Krotida Wine Gang Tasting, Marc Sorrel Hermitage Tasting (A for Athens): The wine is clear and pale red in colour.
The wine shows high intensity in the nose, clean red fruit, spices. very rich and beautiful oak frame, slightly earthy with a few floral notes.
The wine is smooth in the palate showing rich ripe red fruit, velvety tannins, medium acidity, almost sweet, so silky with medium finish.
With time the red fruit gets riper, offering vanilla and sweet spices.
Outstanding quality, ready to drink and utterly delicious
