Friday, September 9, 2022 - In a stunning place at the moment. Waves of blackberries, cooked plum, tootsie roll, and spice. Lighter on the palate than I expected - was almost overpowered by tenderloin - but still has a faint juiciness that I loved. An unmistakable nose of dried sage and thyme. Brilliant stuff. Drink now, I don’t know if this will be this great for long.
