Thursday, May 16, 2013 - Slow-ox 1 hr, tasted over 2 hrs and day 2
-opaque purple-red
-gorgeous peppery, spicy, berry aromatics
-bright med+ acidity, power without weight, med+ chalky tannins, sappy sweet and spicy dark berries, earthiness
-bright, complex, peppery N Rhone features but more fruit-driven and less savory, excellent now with several years upside to resolve the somewhat rustic tannins
