Sunday, September 20, 2015 - Aussie Shiraz; 9/20/2015-10/3/2015 (Edina Country Club): 1 hour decant and drank a glass over about 1.5 hours. Served blind, the consensus was Australian shiraz, but a balanced one! Chocolate, earth, tar, roasted meats, really nice. There was a lot going on here and it was fun to drink. It is definitely on the big-side.
